How do you register for conference?

February 1, 2011-send in the Group Reservation Form along with a $100 non-refundable deposit for each spot reserved (either student or chaperone). This reserves your spots at the conference. Spots cannot be secured without a deposit and are reserved on a first-come first-served basis.

**Please submit only one check to RYM for the deposits.**

**Remember to send a $100 non-refundable deposit for each chaperone as well as each camper. **

IMPORTANT:All youth groups must be accompanied by chaperones! Each group must bring at least one male chaperone if bringing male students and at least one female chaperone if bringing female students. The recommended ratio is 1 chaperone per 6 students.
**In addition, each group must provide one work crew volunteer for every ten people you bring (see below).

June 17, 2011 - Registration Forms and the Full Balance are due. Churches should send in the full balance of the conference cost, along with the Group Attendance List and Individual Registration Forms for each attendee. A $25 Per Person Late Fee will be added to all balances paid after June 17, 2011.

July 29, 2011- Last day for an attendee to drop out.
**The balance of $235 may be refunded to attendees who drop out, but only until July 29, one week before camp. After this time, the balance will not be refunded.


VOLUNTEERS NEEDED for RYM Northeast:
(all of the following volunteers may attend RYM at no charge)



Work Crew Volunteers
– Each church group must provide one work crew
volunteer for every 10 people you bring
(minimum of one volunteer per group). This person should NOT be one of your chaperones for the trip as they will be working separately from your group much of the time. Their cabin accommodations will be separate from your group as well. Work crew volunteers should be servant-minded people who are coming to extend the love of Christ to students and youth leaders by serving them. Adventure Work Crew –We will need 10 volunteers (18 or older) to help with adventure activities. These volunteers will only be needed in the afternoons. For expectations regarding adventure work crew volunteers go to: http://www.northbayweekend.com/download%20forms/Expectations-AdventureWC.pdf



Medical Volunteer – we will one volunteer nurse, doctor, or EMT to serve at RYM. For expectations regarding the medical volunteer go to:

Sound Technician Volunteer – we need an experienced sound technician to operate the sound system during our morning and evening assemblies. Northbay Retreat Center has a state of the art sound system and they will train our volunteer in its operation.
