This Flyer may be downloaded as a PDF which can be printed on two sides: one side is the poster (to the left) and the other side has pertinent information about the conference.
The flyer can be printed in either of two different resolutions (depending on where it is being printed) and then distributed to interested families in the church.

Who attends an RYM Conference?
RYM Jr. High Conferences are for rising 7th graders through graduating 8th graders. RYM Sr. High Conferences are for rising 9th graders through graduating 12th graders. Note: Students who just finished 8th grade may attend either Jr. or Sr. High Conference.
We recognize that some youth groups are organized according to Middle School rather than Junior High, so we will leave the attendance of rising 6th graders up to the discretion of the youth leader.What if you have more questions about the conference?

How do you register for conference?
First, beginning February 1, 2010, your church should send in the Group Reservation Form along with a $100 non-refundable deposit for each spot reserved (either student or chaperone). This reserves your spots at the conference. Spots cannot be secured without a deposit and are reserved on a first-come first-served basis.
**Please submit only one check to RYM for the deposits.**

What do you do next?
Registration Forms and the Full Balance are due on April 19, 2010. Churches should send in the full balance of the conference cost, along with the Group Attendance List and Individual Registration Forms for each attendee. A $25 Per Person Late Fee will be added to all balances paid after April 19, 2010. See below for mailing information.
