What is Youth Leader Training (YLT)?

YLT is a wonderful venue for those who minister to junior and senior high school students to gather together for a week of biblical training in theology and philosophy of ministry, small group interaction, and mutual encouragement, edification, and networking with fellow laborers in student ministry.

God's blessing has been evident at YLT over the last five years as we have seen youth leaders find greater encouragement in the gospel, grow in their understanding of ministry, and develop the bonds of friendship with other youth leaders around a shared philosophy of ministry.

RYM Youth Leader Training is for those who are:

• New to student ministry and feel like they are "shooting from the hip."
• Seasoned veterans who need to be personally encouraged and refreshed in ministry and in life.
• Youth workers (ordained or not, full-time or part-time, volunteer or paid staff) who desire to think biblically, theologically, and strategically in community about ministry to students and families.

Cost:
$325/person
-Covers tuition, lodging, & food (except for supper out on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday nights)

Registration for 2013 YLT Begins September 1, 2012.

You may register by completing the online YLT Registration Form, and by securing your spot with a $100 non-refundable deposit. You may pay the deposit (or the entire $325 cost) with a credit card via Paypal when you submit the YLT Registration Form, or you may pay by mailing a check to RYM, ATTN: YLT, PO Box 697, Cookeville, TN 38503.

If you did not submit your payment with the Registration Form, you may make a payment at the YLT Payment Form.

December 15, 2012 - The balance of $225 is due.
